Registered in 2009, Sewarth Foundation has spent over a decade walking alongside the communities of Wardha and rural Maharashtra.
Sewarth Foundation — formerly known as Late Laxmanrao Raghobaji Vandile Samajik Satkarya Sanstha — was registered in Wardha under both the Society Registration Act, 1860 and the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950.
For 12+ years we've worked across rural and urban Maharashtra in education, environment, health, employment generation and social empowerment. Our work in biodiversity conservation now spans over 200 villages.
The year 2026 saw us strengthen skill development, expand biodiversity registers, organise tribal health camps with ITDP, and bring environmental awareness into hundreds of village schools.

Biodiversity Conservation
Working with 200+ Biodiversity Management Committees. People's Biodiversity Registers. Protection of local flora, fauna and water resources.
Health Awareness
